On following the problems with the software, we tried to import all the clips into iMovie however half of them wouldnt import and it was getting closer and closer to the deadline.
I then downloaded 'Any Video Convertor' to attempt the changing of the video to an mpeg to work on iMovie and have access to them for the video, unfortunately this was also time consuming to do as it wouldnt download the first three times, in the end fortunately it did. On the other hand they wouldnt still work after converting the video clips to five different aspects and trying to import them all each time into iMovie. I tried everything to import these clips in and convert them but they wouldnt work. Once converting them once, they did work in multimedia player, but still wouldnt work in iMovie. I didnt understand why they were different as we had filmed on the same camera and copied them onto the same computer as the other clips.
As a result in the end we had to use the clips we had access to as time was running out. One main thing we would change is the type of song we chose, through the making we realise a up beat song would not be easier but easier to film as fellow students have done and included 'messing' around fun clips rather than serious ones that we found hard to peices together with the slow song.
As the song was rather clip flicking through clip to clip made it difficult and therefore not only because we didnt have all the clips bu also because on the tempo of the song we didnt have a large variety of clips in the final music video.
