Analysis of Magazine Adverts

I have been look and researching magazine adverts for celebrities, especially singers. Although i have tried to find specific ones that will help me when making mine it was a lot easier to look and find ones where the person is advertising perfume or another product.
Below i am looking at three different artists and they feature in magazine adverts, i am doing this even if it is not advertising a CD because it still gives me inspiration and ideas for mine.

Above are adverts in magazines of Beyonce, both of these are to advertise her music. I am looking at these for inspiration and to find out what are the standards and what is normal for this kind of thing. I particullary like the second one on the right, this is because of the colours and the pose of the artist, however i think neither of these have much information on and are very simple and i like this idea to do for mine as long as i make it clear what i am advertising and get my point across. I like how the artist takes up most of the room on the page, i think this makes her stand out and will draw attention to her and the advert.

Neither of the ones shown here are for music or CD's, they are for perfums however they do inspire me with the colour schemes and the pictures. Again i prefer the one of the right, i think this is because it seems more sophisticated compared to the one on the left and i also prefer the font from the one on the right. I like how the outfit of the artist goes with the rest of the colour scheme and it works well, everything seems to connect together for example the perfume bottle and the braclet have similarities about them. When creating mine i need to consider all these aspects and need to make ure i play around with the fonts, colours etc in my mock ups to make sure i get the look i want.

Again here neither of the adverts are for music but they are inspiring, espcially the one of the left. I think this one looks really creative and girly and matches the product. I like the background and the outfit of the artist. Although the advert on the right is advertising cameras, i think it is good in the aspects that it is obvious what the product is and it gives information about it. I like both of these adverts but for different reasons, i think i need to consider both of these asects when creating my magazine advert because i really like the one on the left because of the way it looks and is presented but i need to consider elements of this one of the right because of how it is advertising the products.
